หากคุณต้องการทำงานกับ SeaRates คุณจำเป็นต้องสร้างบัญชีบนแพลตฟอร์ม และให้ข้อมูลพื้นฐานบางอย่างเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจของคุณ เช่น ชื่อบริษัท ที่อยู่ และหมายเลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษีด้านล่างนี้ คุณสามารถเข้าถึงแม่แบบเอกสารและแบบฟอร์มที่หลากหลาย.
สิ่งที่จำเป็นสำหรับการทำงานร่วมกับ SeaRates?
- ในบทนำของสัญญา ควรมีชื่อบริษัท ที่อยู่ของบริษัทอย่างครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง และวันที่ของข้อตกลง (เป็นข้อมูลที่จำเป็น).
- ระบุชื่อตำแหน่งของผู้ที่ลงนาม.
- ข้อตกลงทั้งหมดควรมีการประทับตรา/ตราประทับ.
- ในกรณีที่ไม่มีตราประทับหรือซีล การลงนามในสัญญาจะต้องเป็นลายมือที่เขียนด้วยตนเองและเป็นต้นฉบับเท่านั้น มิฉะนั้น สัญญาจะไม่มีผลทางกฎหมาย.
- ลายเซ็นที่แสดงควรเขียนด้วยลายมือ (ควรใช้หมึกสีน้ำเงิน) และลงนามโดยบุคคลที่ได้รับอนุญาต ไม่ควรสร้างจากเว็บไซต์สร้างลายเซ็น.
- คู่ค้าควรจัดเตรียมสแกนสีของสัญญาที่ลงนามแล้ว.
