Um mit SeaRates zu arbeiten, müssen Sie ein Konto auf der Plattform einrichten und einige grundlegende Informationen über Ihr Unternehmen angeben, z. B. Ihren Firmennamen, Ihre Adresse und Ihre Steueridentifikationsnummer. Im Folgenden können Sie auf eine Reihe von Dokumentenvorlagen und Formularen zugreifen.

Was ist erforderlich, um mit SeaRates zu arbeiten?
  • In der Präambel des Vertrags sollten der Name des Unternehmens, die vollständige und genaue Anschrift des Unternehmens sowie das Datum der Vereinbarung (Pflichtangaben) stehen.)
  • Geben Sie die Position (Titel) des Unterzeichners an.
  • Alle Vereinbarungen sollten mit einem Siegel/Stempel versehen werden.
  • In Ermangelung eines Siegels/Stempels ist es sehr wichtig, dass die Unterschrift auf dem Vertrag handschriftlich und im Original erfolgt. Andernfalls ist der Vertrag nicht rechtsverbindlich.
  • Die vorgelegte Unterschrift sollte handschriftlich (vorzugsweise mit blauer Tinte) а von einer befugten Person unterzeichnet und nicht über eine Website zur Signaturerstellung erstellt werden.
  • Die Gegenpartei sollte einen Farbscan des unterzeichneten Vertrags vorlegen.
