Aby współpracować z SeaRates, musisz utworzyć konto na platformie i podać podstawowe informacje o swojej firmie, takie jak nazwa firmy, adres i numer identyfikacji podatkowej. Poniżej można uzyskać dostęp do różnych szablonów dokumentów i formularzy.

Co jest wymagane do współpracy z SeaRates?
  • W preambule umowy powinna znaleźć się nazwa spółki, pełny i dokładny adres spółki oraz data zawarcia umowy (są to dane obowiązkowe).
  • Należy podać stanowisko (tytuł) strony podpisującej.
  • Wszystkie umowy powinny być opatrzone pieczęcią.
  • W przypadku braku pieczęci bardzo ważne jest, aby podpis na umowie był odręczny i oryginalny. W przeciwnym razie umowa nie będzie prawnie wiążąca.
  • Przedstawiony podpis powinien być podpisany odręcznie (najlepiej niebieskim atramentem) а podpisany przez upoważnioną osobę, a nie wygenerowany za pomocą strony do generowania podpisów.
  • Kontrahent powinien dostarczyć kolorowy skan podpisanej umowy.
