ستحتاج إلى إنشاء حساب على منصة SeaRates وتقديم بعض المعلومات الأساسية عن عملك، مثل اسم الشركة والعنوان ورقم التعريف الضريبي. أدناه يمكنك الوصول إلى مجموعة متنوعة من قوالب الوثائق والنماذج.

ما المطلوب للعمل مع SeaRates؟
  • يجب أن يتضمن مقدم العقد اسم الشركة، عنوان الشركة الكامل والدقيق، وتاريخ الاتفاقية (هذه بيانات إلزامية).
  • اذكر الوظيفة (العنوان) للجهة الموقعة.
  • يجب أن تحتوي جميع الاتفاقيات على ختم/طابع.
  • في غياب الختم/الطابع، من المهم جدًا أن يكون التوقيع على العقد مكتوبًا بخط اليد وأصليًا. وإلا فلن يكون العقد ملزمًا قانونيًا.
  • يجب أن يكون التوقيع المقدم مكتوبًا بخط اليد (ويفضل استخدام حبر أزرق) وموقعًا من قبل شخص مخول، وليس مولدًا باستخدام موقع توليد توقيع.
  • يجب على الطرف المقابل تقديم مسح ملون من العقد الموقع.
