SeaRates-თან სამუშაოდ, თქვენ დაგჭირდებათ პლატფორმაზე ანგარიშის შექმნა და თქვენი ბიზნესის ძირითადი ინფორმაციის მითითება, როგორიცაა თქვენი კომპანიის სახელი, მისამართი და საგადასახადო საიდენტიფიკაციო ნომერი. ქვემოთ შეგიძლიათ მიიღოთ სხვადასხვა დოკუმენტის თარგები და ფორმები.
Რა არის საჭირო SeaRates-თან მუშაობისთვის?
- Ხელშეკრულების პრეამბულაში უნდა იყოს მითითებული კომპანიის სახელწოდება, კომპანიის სრული და ზუსტი მისამართი და ხელშეკრულების თარიღი (ეს არის სავალდებულო მონაცემები).
- Მიუთითეთ ხელმომწერი მხარის პოზიცია (ტიტული).
- Ყველა ხელშეკრულებას უნდა ჰქონდეს ბეჭედი/სტამპი.
- Ხელმოწერის/ბეჭდის არარსებობის შემთხვევაში, ძალიან მნიშვნელოვანია, რომ ხელშეკრულებაზე ხელმოწერა იყოს ხელნაწერი და ორიგინალური. წინააღმდეგ შემთხვევაში, ხელშეკრულებას არ ექნება იურიდიული ძალა.
- Წარმოდგენილი ხელმოწერა უნდა იყოს გაკეთებული ხელით (სასურველია ლურჯი მელნით), უფლებამოსილი პირის მიერ და არა შექმნილი ხელმოწერის გენერაციის საიტის გამოყენებით.
- Მეორე მხარემ უნდა უზრუნველყოს ხელმოწერილი ხელშეკრულების ფერადი სკანირება.
