Πρότυπα εγγράφων και φόρμες

Για να συνεργαστείτε με το SeaRates, θα χρειαστεί να δημιουργήσετε έναν λογαριασμό στην πλατφόρμα και να παρέχετε βασικές πληροφορίες για την επιχείρησή σας, όπως το όνομα της εταιρείας σας, τη διεύθυνση και τον αριθμό φορολογικού μητρώου. Παρακάτω μπορείτε να αποκτήσετε πρόσβαση σε διάφορα πρότυπα εγγράφων και φόρμες.

Τι χρειάζεται για να συνεργαστείτε με το SeaRates?
  • Στον πρόλογο της σύμβασης, θα πρέπει να αναφέρονται το όνομα της εταιρείας, η πλήρης και ακριβής διεύθυνση της εταιρείας, καθώς και η ημερομηνία της συμφωνίας (είναι υποχρεωτικά δεδομένα).
  • Αναφέρετε τη θέση (τίτλο) της υπογράφουσας πλευράς.
  • Όλες οι συμφωνίες πρέπει να φέρουν σφραγίδα/σφραγίδα.
  • Σε περίπτωση απουσίας σφραγίδας/σφραγίδας, είναι πολύ σημαντικό η υπογραφή στη σύμβαση να είναι χειρόγραφη και αυθεντική. Διαφορετικά, η σύμβαση δεν θα είναι νομικά δεσμευτική.
  • Η παρουσιαζόμενη υπογραφή θα πρέπει να είναι χειρόγραφη (κατά προτίμηση με μπλε μελάνι) και να έχει υπογραφεί από εξουσιοδοτημένο άτομο, όχι να έχει δημιουργηθεί μέσω ιστότοπου δημιουργίας υπογραφής.
  • Ο αντισυμβαλλόμενος πρέπει να παρέχει έγχρωμη σάρωση του υπογεγραμμένου συμβολαίου.
