DAP国际商会国际贸易术语解释通则2010：国际商会官方规定的关于贸易条款的解释说明 - 选择卸货地或者目的港

Incoterms 2010将DAP定义为“在地方交付” - 卖方在到达的运输工具上将货物交给买方处理时准备在指定的目的地卸货。根据DAP条款，风险从交割合同中提到的目的地从卖方转移到买方。

货物准备好装运后，卖方自费进行必要的包装，使货物安全到达最终目的地。出口国的所有必要的法律手续由卖方自费完成，并有清除出口货物的风险。

货物到达目的地国后，进口国的清关需要由买方自费完成并承担风险，包括所有关税和税款。但是，与DAT条款一样，任何延迟或滞期费都应由卖方承担。

根据DAP条款，所有与终端费用相关的运输费用由卖方支付，直至达成约定的目的地点。最终目的地的必要卸货费用必须由买方根据DAP条款承担。
