DDP 国际商会国际贸易术语解释通则2010：国际商会官方规定的关于贸易条款的解释说明 - 选择卸货地或者目的港

卖方负责将货物运送到买方所在国家的指定地点，并支付将货物运至目的地的所有费用，包括进口关税和税款。卖方不负责卸货。该术语通常用于代替非Incoterm“Free In Store（FIS）”。该术语规定了卖方的最大义务和买方的最低义务。在指定的目的地交付货物之前，不会将风险或责任转移给买方。

DDP条款最重要的考虑因素是卖方负责通过买方所在国家的海关清关货物，包括支付关税和税款，以及从该国当局获得必要的授权和登记。除非买方所在国家的规则和条例得到很好的理解，否则DDP条款在延迟和无法预料的额外费用方面都可能是一个非常大的风险，应谨慎使用。
