DES - 出荷済出荷（指定された宛先港）
商品が船外に配達される場合、指定された目的地の港に船が到着し、商品が購入者に荷降ろしに利用できるようになるまで、リスクの通過は起こりません。売り手は、CIF契約に基づく場合と同じ運賃および保険料を支払います。 CFRやCIFの条件とは異なり、売り手は指定された港に船舶が到着するまで、費用だけでなくリスクと所有権も負うことに同意しました。商品を降ろすための費用、任務、税金などは購入者のものです。石炭、穀物、ドライケミカルなどのバルク商品の輸送で一般的に使用される用語。売り手が自分の船を所有しているか、チャーターした場所。
