Documents templates and forms
To work with SeaRates, you'll need to create an account on the platform and provide some basic information about your business, such as your company name, address, and tax identification number. Below you can access a variety of document templates and forms.
What is required to work with SeaRates?
- In the contract's preamble, there should be the company's name, the company's full and exact address), and the date of the agreement (it’s mandatory data).
- Mention the position (title) of the signatory side.
- All agreements should put a seal/stamp.
- In the absence of a seal/stamp, it is very important that the signature on the contract be handwritten and original. Otherwise, the contract will not be legally binding.
- The presented signature should be handwritten (preferably with blue ink) а signed by an authorized person, not generated using a signature generation site.
- The counterparty should provide a color scan of the signed contract.
