SeaRates Updates - Week 5, 2024

What's new for week 5:


  • We are pleased to inform you that we have launched the CO2 API. All you need to do is specify the points of your route, the type of transportation, and the weight of the cargo. You can find the API documentation here.
  • Air Cargo Tracking updates: We are pleased to announce that we have added support for Air France, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, British Airways, Iberia Airline, Aer Lingus, Swiss International Air Lines, Corsair International, Air Transat, LATAM Cargo, LATAM Cargo Chile, LATAM Airlines Brasil, LATAM Cargo Brasil, LATAM Cargo Colombia, Allied Air, Royal Air Maroc, Saudi, EVA Air, Royal Jordanian, SAS Cargo, and China Airlines to the tool.
  • For the API, we have improved the logic for determining the weight of cargo.
  • In addition, we have implemented the logic for generating route data based on events. Moreover, if the airline has not done so, we have implemented the logic for generating events based on data from routes.
  • Finally, we have added a full description of event codes to the documentation on our Developer Portal.
  • Tracking System improvements: We have improved the History API by adding support for the 'is_status_from_sealine' parameter in the response.
  • We have enhanced the way we work with providers, including Hapag-Lloyd, Maersk, Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM), W.E.C. (West European Container) Lines, and National Shipping of America.
  • Ship Schedules improvements: We are pleased to announce that we have added support for Akkon Lines and Pasha Hawaii by Points tab.
  • Moreover, we have enhanced the way we work with providers, including Maersk and Fesco by Points
  • Logistics Explorer enhancements: We have improved the efficiency and speed of processing a booking request for an unauthorized user.
