The SeaRates team appreciates your great feedback and support. We release new features and enhancements every month, and this month is no exception. We present to you the results of our hard work. If you subscribe to our SeaRates news feed, we will notify you when a new release is ready.

Go ahead and check out the new features and capabilities.

Air Cargo Tracking

We are pleased to announce the addition of support for Emirates Airlines and Ethiopian Airlines to the Air Cargo Tracking tool.

Moreover, we are delighted to introduce a web-integrated version of the Air Cargo Tracking tool. From now on, you can integrate this innovative tool into your website to expand your logistics services.

We have added expanding data on the shipping cards, including airline names and event times.

Also, we have improved the design and animation of air cargo and multimodal transportation tracking.

For the tool's API, we have added detailed information about the route and cargo shipment, displaying all the steps from departure to arrival.

Furthermore, we have improved the logic for determining transportation statuses.

Moreover, you can already find new documentation with a list of available airlines on our Developer Portal.

Finally, we have enhanced the way we work with providers, including Qatar Airways.

Tracking System

We are pleased to announce that we have added support for Ellerman City Liners to the tool. This brings the total number of lines we support to 180.

We have improved the logic of routing that bypasses or should pass through the Suez Canal.

Also, we have updated the building route logic and determined the location of containers based on AIS data. This was implemented to provide you with a route even if only one location is specified.

For the web integration version of the tool, we have added the ability to customize the visual display of the transportation card and results on your website.

For the API, we have added a new parameter 'is_status_from_sealine', which indicates whether the line provided the status of the transportation or we determined it ourselves.

Finally, we have enhanced the way we work with providers, including ZIM, CMA CGM, COSCO, Kuehne + Nagel (KN), Maersk, Sealand, Evergreen, Arkas, Shipco Transport, Hapag-Lloyd, Bee Logistics, Turkon, ECU Worldwide, Ocean Network Express (ONE), and Jin Jiang Shipping (SHJJ).

Ship Schedules

We are pleased to announce that we have added support for Crowley and Gemadept in the ‘by Points’ tab, as well as Ignazio Messina in the ‘by Vessel’ tab.

Moreover, we have enhanced the way we work with providers, including APL, ANL, CNC, and Crowley ‘by Points’; CK LINE and Ellerman ‘by Vessels’.

Finally, we have improved the tool's structure, allowing it to be integrated into SeaRates Enterprise.

Logistics Explorer

We are glad to introduce you to the updated version of the tool supporting the Spanish language. You can easily integrate this tool as a widget or API to reach a wider Spanish-speaking audience of your website visitors.

Load Calculator

We have added the Stuffing Settings section to the tool for advanced calculations.

Other updates

We are glad to announce the web integration of the World Sea Ports tool. This way, your website can be supplemented with a wide database of countries and ports with a convenient data search process. You can find the documentation on our Developer Portal.

Also, for the Request a Quote form, we have improved the validation rules for entering the weight of your cargo.

Moreover, we have created a new International Freight Routes & Lanes page to provide quick access to freight rate comparisons by destination. Also, new ‘Ship From’ and ‘Export To’ sections were added.

Finally, we have improved the Help page with an updated design and content.
