Pallets Usage for Loading Containers and Trucks in the Load Calculator

For convenience and efficiency, Load Calculator contains the ability to palletize when planning a load. Knowing the size and type of packaging of your product, you specify them at the first stage in the program.

Then select the pallet loading option.

Since there are many different types and sizes of pallets, you can specify their parameters on the next step. Do not forget to specify the maximum height of the load on the pallet: on that basis, the software will determine the possibility of loading in several tiers.

If you use container stuffing, choose automatic option for determining optimal container types based on cargo parameters.

You can see a preliminary schematic view of your packages, as well as specify the orientation in which the goods can be loaded.

If necessary, at this stage, you can also determine the loading order, if there is a fundamental difference or special instructions for stuffing.

Review the results of calculation with details of the capacity and volume utilization, as well as the number of required transport units.

You can export data to reuse or for processing in other programs. You can also go to the step-by-step loading instruction and transfer it to the warehouse to get started. See the visual, how it works:

Application functionality is also available for web integration in the format of an iFrame module for corporate use, or through an API interface to synchronize functionality with an existing client system. API documentation is also available for review.
