SeaRates’ AI Assistant

We're pleased to announce that this month marked the creation of an AI Assistant for quick logistics help in your Virtual Office.

This AI-based chatbot is ready to answer any logistics question you may have in a matter of seconds.

You can already try it out by asking it general logistics questions, requesting help with upcoming shipments, and learning more about the SeaRates team and DFA membership.

Tracking System

We have added support for G2 Ocean, AMASS, and Kintetsu World Express, bringing our total number of supported carriers to 166, along with 12 leasing companies. This makes our platform unique in its ability to support a wide variety of providers.

Additionally, we have updated the interface of the Tracking System Beta version so that you can now filter your shipments by the date they were added by default. And if you search for a shipment that you added earlier, it is conveniently highlighted at the top of the list. That is the way you don't miss it.

We have made improvements to the Tracking System tool on the way we work with providers, including Wan Hai, Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM), Samudera Shipping Line, Atlantic Container Line (ACL), Stolt Tank Containers (STC), Pacific International Lines (PIL), CMA CGM, Yang Ming, Sealead Shipping, Sarjak Container Lines, Evergreen, Korea Marine Transport (KMTC), W.E.C. (West European Container) Lines, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), Dachser, Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), Shipco Transport, Interasia Lines, SM Line (SML), Pan Ocean, Wallenius Wilhelmsen, Nippon Express, and Transfar Shipping.

Ship Schedules

We have added support for NCL. Now, we support a total of about 40 shipping lines by Points tab and 25+ shipping lines by Vessel tab. You can find the updated list of shipping lines here.

Additionally, we have made enhancements to the way we work with providers, including KMTC, Admiral, Hyundai, Interasia, Sealand, WanHai та Borchardу, ONE, Hyundai, Evergreen, Gold Star Line by Points tab, as well as with ONE and Tarros by Vessel tab.

Other updates

  • Now, in Virtual Office, you will find an invitation to complete SMS verification. You have to pass it to confirm your SeaRates account.
  • Also, in the Widget customization tab, when you choose the Logistics Explorer filter, you can select the Sea/Land/Air tab by default.

  • Finally, we are pleased to present that we have created a Documents Templates page that allows you to download our standard document templates from there.

We hope that these updates will improve your experience using our services. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact us.
