EUROAFRICA Shipping line

Euroafrica was established on 1st of September 1991. Its history dates back up to 1951 when Polish Ocean Lines were established in Gdynia. One of Divisions of POL was opened in Szczecin in 1970. On its basis, after restructurisation and privatisation process, the ESL was emerged.

The main activities of the Company are maritime carriages of cargo. Basic ports for all shipping services are Polish ports. At present, Euroafrica provides regular lines to following countries: United Kingdom, Sweden and West Africa, the latter also from Baltic and West European ports. The Company operates 11-13 general cargo vessels, own or chartered in. The fleet under the management of ESL serves different types of general cargo: conventional, containers, lorries, roll-trailers, wagons. Euroafrica offers passenger trips on cargo ships for all who want to experience a maritime adventure.

ESL services include door-door deliveries (also in transit) and customs clearance. The Company supplies own container equipment.

In order to diversify its activity Euroafrica engaged in other services than shipping. The main are: forwarding, customs clearance, hotel and restaurant, real estate management, accounting, legal advisories. The chain of companies under control of ESL was established to separate comprehensively different kinds of activity.
