The SeaRates team is glad to present you with the Warehouses tab in the Logistics Map tool.

You can find warehouses on an interactive map and compare by type, size, availability of customs warehouse services, and location. Explore key characteristics and a complete list of services with prices on the warehouse cards. Finally, click Apply to submit your request for warehouse services that meet your needs in a matter of seconds!

We are glad to announce the addition of Shipper Package pricing. Find out all the opportunities and tailored solutions SeaRates offers for the management of your shipping and trade.


Rail Tracking



Start live monitoring of your cargo transportation by rail via the Rail Tracking on LandRates.com. Obtain real-time updates on shipments and details about logistics events and routes in one place.


SeaRates Mobile App



We’re glad to share the news about the newly added Chat to the Mobile App. Try for smooth communication related to your logistics needs, instant assistance with your requests, tracking updates for shipments, and bookings. Try mobile freight management on the go!


Container Tracking



Our team is pleased to announce the addition of support for 2 more shipping lines, namely TCI Seaways and LX Pantos, bringing the total number to 220.

Moreover, both logics for determining the ISO code for container type & size and the location based on the shipping line's description are improved in the Container Tracking API.


Parcel Tracking



Take a look at our rising database of supported couriers with newly added support for 4 couriers: FedEx, Joom Logistics, DHL Express, and Nova Poshta Global.

Also, we’ve added new codes for logistics events, updating the Parcel Tracking API documentation on the Developer Portal.


Ship Schedules



We are glad to present support for Safetrans by Vessel, as well as Tailwind and Africa Express Line by Port.

Also, we have improved the date display according to local port time for the tool.


Geocoding API



We've made a range of key updates for the Geocoding API, including improving the following:

  • city data in all countries worldwide;
  • sorting of search results (whether the city's population is known or not);
  • the database of locations.


Virtual Office



Please find new tools added to the Tools → General section in your Profile: Parcel Tracking (API statistics), World Sea Ports (API statistics), and Freight Index (API and Access statistics).

Also, we have upgraded the performance of the Transport and Facilities management panels.


Other updates



  • Check the updated Request a Quote form for Bulk Shipping with new fields: Stowage factor, Loading/Discharging terms (SSHINC/SSHEX), Laydays, Cancelling, Target freight rate, and Address commission.
  • We have improved the Booking System by implementing a search by matching the entered booking number via the 'All' page in your Virtual Office and new API documentation on the Developer Portal.



  • Moreover, try an updated Search Filter with improved Autocomplete on our Homepage.
  • Finally, we have improved bulk rate import, added Rail FCL rate types, and implemented customization for you to adjust rate types in the Rate Management System.
