How can I add my rates to the system?
You can add your rates to the system in several ways. See the short video and comments below:
To add sea rates:
1) Add rates manually at the Virtual Office page.
- Login to your account with your Username and Password.
- You will find a tag with a person. Click on the person and you will be directed to the Virtual Office.
- You will then find various options under the menu on the left side. Click on 'Sea' in the Rates & Tariffs tab.
- Select the type of transportation: FCL, LCL, Bulk/Break Bulk
- Select Tariff.
- Click on the 'Add Rates' tab and add rates manually, or click on the 'Excel' tab and drop your excel document.
2) Add rates via Rate Managers (DFA Premium Members and Vendor Premium accounts only). Contact our Rate Manager and share your rates with them.
To add air rates:
1) Add rates manually at the Virtual Office page.
- Login to your account with your Username and Password.
- You will find a tag with a person. Click on the person and you will be directed to the Virtual Office.
- You will find various options under the menu on the left side. Click on 'Air' in the Rates & Tariffs tab.
- Select Tariff.
- Click on the 'Add Rates' tab and add rates manually, or click on the 'Excel' tab and drop your excel document.

To add land rates:
1) Add rates manually at the Virtual Office page.
- Login to your account with your Username and Password.
- You will find a tag with a person. Click on the person and you will be directed to the Virtual Office.
- You will find various options under the menu on the left side. Click on 'Land' in the Rates & Tariffs tab.
- Select the type of transportation: Road or Rail
- Add your rates manually to the table.
2) Add rates via Rate Managers (DFA Premium Members and Vendor Premium accounts only). Contact our Rate Manager and share your rates with them.
