How to track my air shipments?
Enter the number of the AWB (air waybill) in the search field.
On the shipment card, you’ll find the latest information on the ABW number, departure/arrival points, logistics events, cargo/package quantity, weight, and transportation status from the following:
- BOOKED
- RECEIVED
- DEPARTED
- IN_TRANSIT
- ARRIVED
- NOTIFIED
- DELIVERED
- CANCELLED
Open the shipments card to get real-time updates, visualization on the world map, and access to both the ‘History’ and ‘Route’ tabs. The first one provides details about each step of your air shipments, from cargo receiving to successful delivery, with an accurate timeline.
The ‘Route’ tab contains info on the flight number, transport type, points of origin/destination, and logistics events (ETD, ETA, ATD, and ATA).
Additionally, save this shipment for further tracking by clicking ‘Follow’ or Copy the link to provide unique access to monitoring results with your customers or partners.
