SeaRates AI



We are proud to introduce SeaRates AI, which is integrated with the Tracking System, Logistics Explorer, and other digital solutions for logistics management. Instantly request real-time monitoring for your shipments by simply mentioning CT, BK, BL, or the Air waybill number, and find accurate freight rates for your shipping requirements.

Tracking System



The SeaRates team proudly mentioned the added monitoring for 25 exception types into your shipment card with tracking results. This way, under the 'Exceptions' tab, you will find any change in departure or arrival time, ETA updates, and accurate data renewal provided by the shipping line. 

Moreover, we are glad to announce added support for MTT Shipping, bringing the total number of supported shipping lines to 192.

For the Tracking System API, we have added logic for validating container numbers and improved receiving additional information and AIS data on the vessel, as well as implemented an option to obtain ‘Container events’ detailed data. Kindly check the updated API documentation on our Developer Portal.

Finally, we have added detailed data on vessels and departure & arrival locations for each piece of a route in the Route API.


Other updates




We have added the link to directly access the Logistics Explorer via the ID tariff for the Rate Management System.

Moreover, we’ve created a subscription option for the Logistics Explorer to ensure you access real-time updates on rate shifts on the destination you have chosen.
