SeaRates Virtual Office is a unique place to help you organize your shipments, bookings, schedules, partner network, subscriptions, and auxiliary information. There are several features that you can use to make the logistics part of your business more efficient. Here is some information about each tool present in the Virtual Office: 
  1. Home: For convenience, you can go to the SeaRates home page.
  2. Profile: Your profile page in the Virtual Office is your identity on SeaRates, so keep it professional and informative. You can include your company details and manage your company documents.
  3. Inbox: This is where you can access your chat history and see new messages and offers.
  4. My requests: You can track all your requests for transportation and their status. Book the rate that suits your shipping needs. 
  5. Booking: You can see all your bookings and their statuses. You can also track your active and pending shipments. 
  6. Products: You can add your products, calculate the best way to load your cargo, optimize freight costs, and fill out the required documents in seconds.
  7. Rates & Tariffs: This is the place where you can add your rates to be shown on our Platform if you are a partner of SeaRates.
  8. Apps: This is where you can check out the various applications of SeaRates, for which you have a subscription or have purchased.

- Payments history - Detailed Transaction Report
- Managers' Accounts - You can view, add, edit, or remove managers in your company who should have access to the system and arrange your business processes.
