Delivery in 10 Foot Container

20 foot containers

20-foot containers - this is the smallest container size used for the international transportation. According to the world standards there are also 10-foot containers, but they were not distributed due to the high self-costs of freight and port expenses. At the same time, demand for them remains unchanged, since many shippers do not have monthly turnover of more than 10 tons / 15 m3.

At SeaRates we announce the opportunity to ship 10-foot containers inside FCL. This means that a 20-foot container is conditionally divided into two virtual 10-foot containers, and you deliver your cargo with only one fellow shipper, and divide all expenses in half.

Two shippers pay together 50/50.

For cargoes up to 15m3 or 10 tons we offer special tariffs that will save up to 2 times on the transportation complex in comparison with the common FCL rate.

How it works?

You have a cargo, and you place a request for transportation in a 10-foot container. The freight forwarder or other shipper who has cargo in the same direction will contact you and agree on the shipping dates. Then the familiar process of transporting the container takes place.

Transit time in comparison with FCL service differs only for 2 days (unstuffing), and because transportation is similar, the service is often direct. This option is very popular among those customers who minimize transportation costs.

Do you have more than 10t or 15m3? No problem, we will consider the possibility of taking the shipment and the tariff individually - just let us know !
