How does the Message Center Tab work?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Enter Virtual Office by clicking the person icon in the top Menu bar.
  3. In Virtual Office, you can find the menu list on the left.
  4. Enter the Mailbox by clicking Inbox in the Menu List. 
  • The mailbox will appear on the right. You can find all your rate requests and conversations.
  • You can filter it by country by selecting specific countries.
  • You also can use the search option to filter by Request Number, Port of Loading (From) and Port of Discharge (To), Loads, Transport and so on.
