Are call by reference and call by route counted as two separate calls for the same shipment?

To obtain information about a container's location either by Route or AIS, it is necessary to first track the container by reference. Once the container has been tracked by reference, a second call can be made to retrieve information by Route or AIS. If it has been more than 6 hours since the last request for information by Route or AIS, it will be necessary to track the container by reference again to obtain the latest information.

Please note that API requests made by Route or AIS are not counted; only requests made by reference are.
