How does the system choose the nearest port of discharge?

By default, the system selects the nearest port to the destination city indicated on the Google map. For example, in the case of a request from Shanghai to Tver (Port-To-Door), the city of destination is Tver, therefore, respectively, the system chooses the port of St. Petersburg as the nearest by default, and will show it on the map.
