If I have got a dispute with a SeaRates Customer (Shipper) during the transportation - what shall I do?
SeaRates is a digital broker and in our work model, we promote independence for our partners, which is why we don’t interfere in your business. Once you have taken a customer from SeaRates you should treat them as any other of your own customers any disputes with the shipper should be handled by the agent. We will assist you in any way possible but there is only so much we can do without causing any disruption in your work.
