How to cancel a subscription to SeaRates digital services?

To unsubscribe, please follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your SeaRates account and access your Virtual Office;

2. In the left-hand menu, scroll down to the Tools section and select Subscriptions;

3. In the main panel, locate the solution you are subscribed to (e.g., Container Tracking, Ship Schedules, Load Calculator, etc.);

4. Choose the access type you have for this solution;

5. Once selected, click the “Cancel Subscription” button displayed below your subscription details;

6. Confirm your cancellation if prompted. Your subscription will then be terminated according to your billing period.
