How can I get a booking with SeaRates?

If your rate has been booked on SeaRates, we will get in touch with you and make a booking ourselves. All that is required from you end is reliable service. If you offer a rate to one of our customers in chat, the manager in charge of the delivery will get in touch with you and make a booking on behalf of the customer.
