How can I chat or get in touch with Shippers?

After becoming a Premium DFA Member, you can submit your freight offers to Shippers on their shipments posted on the Logistics Map. Submit your offer only using the "Quote" button.

You can chat with the SeaRates team, who always has the most recent and up-to-date information on every cargo, for any questions or clarifications right from the request interface, as well as by contacting [email protected] or by phone on our Contact Us page.

If the shipping request is posted by a Premium DFA Member, other Premium DFA Members can quote them and communicate directly without intermediary.
