How can I cancel my SeaRates subscription?
1.Log in to your SeaRates account and access your Virtual Office.
2.In the left-hand menu, scroll down to the Tools section and select General.
3.In the main panel, locate the solution you are subscribed to (e.g., Container Tracking, Ship Schedules, Load Calculator, etc.).
4.Choose the access type you have for this solution (e.g., API, Web, or Access).
5.Once selected, click the “Cancel Subscription” button displayed below your subscription details.
6.Confirm your cancellation if prompted. Your subscription will then be terminated according to your billing period.
