What to do if I have added my rate and it doesn’t appear on the platform?
Don’t worry, there is no mystery which can happen if you did everything right. Let us consider possible troubleshooting scenarios:
1) The rate for FCL, LCL or airfreight is not shown.
Possible reasons:
- Check validity dates, maybe your rates are outdated.
- Check if you are viewing a correct shipping line or airline.
- Check if there is a service by the selected line between two points.
- Check if the rate corresponds to the cargo category.
- If you are subscribed to our rates or rates of any other partners, who could add the rate for the same route by the same shipping line, and this rate is lower than yours – make sure to put a higher commission on your partner’s rates (you can do it on specific routes), so that your rates will be the priority.
- Check the currency.
- Make sure the green marker is on the right in the appropriate row.
2) Local charges are not showing
Possible reasons:
- Check if THC you have added corresponds to the shipping line you want to view.
- Check if the rate corresponds to the cargo category.
- If you are subscribed to our rates or rates of any other partners, who could add the rate for the same route by the same line, and this rate is lower than yours – make sure to put a higher commission on your partner’s rates (you can do it on specific routes), so that your rates will be the priority.
3) Road rates are not showing, or not showing properly
Possible reasons:
- Check the currency.
- If you are subscribed to our rates or rates of any other partners, who could add the rate for the same route by the same shipping line, and this rate is lower than yours – make sure to put a higher commission on your partner’s rates (you can do it on specific routes), so that your rates will be the priority.
- Make sure the green marker is on the right in the appropriate row.
- Make sure you have added the rate between two specific points, as a smart interpolation system will recalculate all nearby road routes depending on the one you have added proportionally to the distance.
4) Rail rates are not showing, or not showing properly
Possible reasons:
- Make sure you have selected the right Wagon type.
- Check if the rate corresponds to the cargo category.
- Check the currency.
- If you are subscribed to our rates or rates of any other partners, who could add the rate for the same route by the same shipping line, and this rate is lower than yours – make sure to put a higher commission on your partner’s rates (you can do it on specific routes), so that your rates will be the priority.
