How to add LCL rates in Logistics Explorer?

You have two options for adding your LCL rates:
1) Add rates manually at the Virtual Office page. 
  • Login to your account using your Username and password.
  • You will then find a tag with a person. Click on the person and you will enter into the Virtual Office.
  • You will find various options under the menu on the left side. Click on the Sea in the Rates & Tariffs tab.
  • Select the type of transportation - LCL
  • Select Tariff.
  • Click on the Add Rates tab and add rates manually; or Click on the Excel tab and drop your excel document.
2) Add rates via Rate Managers (DFA Premium members and Vendor Premium accounts only). Contact our Rate manager and share your rates with him.
You can also view and navigate between all your rates added by opening the “Rates Archive” drop-down list.
