How can I show which components are included into the delivery?
Follow the steps below to show which components are included in the delivery:
- Go to your Virtual Office and click on Rates and Tariffs on the menu on the left.
- Click on Sea or Air based on what components you want to add.
- Click on port fees and charges or airport fees based on the rate you want to add.
- Choose the country and port that you want to add the local charges for.
- Choose the commodity type that you want to add the charges for.
- Type in the abbreviations of any of the various services mentioned below and input the rates that you want to add for the respective service and click on save.
- Your customer can see the complete breakdown by simply clicking on the rates shown in the Logistics Explorer.
