Currently, no. We advise providing competitive rates that will give you a higher chance of winning the freight booking rate. SeaRates Logistics Explorer prioritises rates based on three key parameters: competitive rate, transit time, and optimal (a combination of the best transit time vs best rate) - Additionally, in the future, ranking based on customer feedback.
