Yes, you can. You simply have to go to the virtual office in the rates and tariffs tab and add a service in the port fees section. All the services mentioned there will be shown to the shipper in the cost breakdown under the port in Logistics Explorer.

Also, you are able to describe your special services in comments at every your rate.
