Refactoring the Container Tracking API code to improve its reliability. Changes were made to work with such shipping lines as OOCL, Hamburg Sud, Yang Ming. Made changes to the API of the first version. We’re constantly improving and optimizing the location tracking module.
Great news - a completely new self-learning module for auto-detection of shipping lines for Container Tracking. Now it will be able to automatically select the shipping line according to your container number.
Digital Freight Alliance development
New members from the USA, Israel, Ukraine, and Iran joined us this week. 110 members from 44 countries have already joined the DFA.
The Digital Freight Alliance continued to receive positive feedback from clients through its client surveys, with the majority of respondents expressing general satisfaction with the quality of the services provided.
Work continued on optimizing container loading. The part of the code responsible for recursive loading has been rewritten (reduced complexity, removed duplicate parts of the code), optimization has been carried out. The optimization of loading barrels in a container is under development.
With the development of a global logistics services coverage strategy with the help of local partners, in addition to the universal Marketplace application, which has been used by importers and exporters for more than the last 5 years, and which synchronizes tariffs from shipping lines, we’re working on the development of a new Marketplace API.
