How can I book a shipment online?

To get a freight quote, please choose the method of delivery (sea, air, or land) and the most appropriate choice; the city of departure and arrival; and the weight of the shipment.
Select "Search". Please choose the appropriate choice from the available tariffs and click on it. Create your booking by entering the cargo's information. SeaRates' customer service staff will contact you and assist you further.
The booking may be seen in "Virtual Office" – "Customer Control Panel" – "Bookings." A route receipt with your booking number will be sent to you.
To book a freight rate, please select:
  • type of delivery (sea, air or land) and best option to fit;
  • city of departure and arrival;
Click on "Search." From the rates on offer, please choose the desired option and click on it. Enter details about the cargo and create your booking. The SeaRates support team will contact and guide you further.
You may view the booking in "Virtual Office" – “Customer Control Panel” – "Bookings". A route receipt with the booking number will be sent to your email address.
