How to add LTL rates in Logistics Explorer?

First go to your Virtual Office. Click on the Land in the Rates & Tariffs tab. Select Road, then – Less Truck Load (LTL).

To add the trucking rate, choose the country of loading and country of destination, then in the table below – place of loading and place of discharge. Without specifying the country, you will see all the rates you have added before. Simply input the currency and the rates, don’t forget to mention validity dates. Rate per m3 or per mt will be applied depending on which parameter of the cargo is bigger. Here you can either copy & paste from excel or any other table, as well as stretch the cells if rates for different port combinations are the same. The green indicator shows your rate on the platform, and the link on the right can instantly take you to the map to view it.

Additionally, you may add your rates via Rate Managers (DFA Premium members and Vendor Premium accounts only).
