We're proud that we've put out a lot of updates recently that have helped make our platform faster, safer, and better at what it does. We are confident that these updates have made a significant difference in the user experience of our services, and we will continue to work tirelessly to improve them.

We highly encourage you to read our previous updates to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and enhancements to our platform.

What's new for week 12:

  • Tracking System improvements. This week, we have made improvements to the way we work with providers, including Seaboard Marine, Wan Hai, Westwood Shipping Lines, Hapag-Lloyd, Qatar Navigation Lines (QNL), CMA CGM, Yang Ming, Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), and Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM).

We are pleased to introduce a newly updated version of our shipping line autodetection module for container number queries. The module has undergone extensive revisions, with a focus on optimizing its functionality in relation to historical data and leasing companies.

  • Ship Schedules enhancements. We have enhanced how we work with providers, including OOCL, Sinokor, and PIL.
  • Logistics Explorer updates. We are delighted to announce the addition of bulk freight rates to our list of services in our Logistics Explorer tool. Our customers can now search for rates pertaining to cargo weighing more than 500 tons, and can also access and include relevant port fees in the overall cost.
  • Other updates. We have updated the main page of our website, SeaRates.com. Our designers continue to work on new layouts and themes to make it convenient for our customers and to improve the overall experience.
