Why haven't you delivered my shipment yet?

If the shipment was not booked via SeaRates, we will be unable to assist you with this issue. We provide the Tracking System tool to make it simple for you to track your shipment. If you have questions regarding the delivery, you must contact the shipper handling the shipment.
