How are tracking credits calculated?

Tracking credits are calculated based on unique shipments within a calendar month:

  • When tracking via a Bill of Lading (MBL) or booking number, 1 credit is used per shipment, regardless of the number of containers.

  • When tracking via a container number, 1 credit is used per container.

  • If the same BL, booking, or container is tracked again in a new calendar month, it is counted as a new credit, regardless of previous activity.
