What to do if I cannot find a rate in any category of Logistics Explorer?

If you cannot find your rate on Logistics Explorer, simply go back to the home page and click on the Request a Quote button and fill in the required information. Your posted request will be visible to all offices and they will start working on it to give you a quote as soon as possible.
