What's new for week 50:

  • We are proud to announce the launch of the Air Сargo Tracking web version (beta version) on SeaRates.com and AirRates.com, which allows you to track your shipments using Air Waybill numbers. From now on, you will be able to receive results from 346 global airlines and details about events, flights, routes, and many other details in real-time.
  • Tracking System improvements: We have enhanced the way we work with providers, including SITC Container Lines, TransContainer, Samudera Shipping Line, Yang Ming, and Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM)
  • Virtual Office enhancements: We are pleased to announce the updated AI Assistant application in Virtual Office, which is now connected to our Tracking System API. You can now get information about your shipments in our AI Assistant by simply asking, "Where is my shipment, XXXXXX?" or "How to track shipment, XXXXXX?" and you will get complete information about your shipment.
  • Ship Schedules updates: We are pleased to announce the addition of support for Trans Asian Shipping Services, DHL, Dongjin Shipping, Laurel Navigation, Kuehne + Nagel (KN), Marguisa Shipping Lines, and Cordelia Container Shipping Line by Points, as well as for Ethiopian Shipping Line, Carpenters Shipping, and ECL Vertraco by Vessel to the tool.

  • Mobile Application V 1.1, which includes a new Tracking System feature
  • ‘Archive’ tab for Requests in the Virtual Office
  • A new version of Distance & Time API
