SeaRates Updates - Week 44, 2023

What's new for week 44:

  • Logistics Explorer updates: We have increased the number of ports of departure for LCL rates from CP World. The total number of POLs is 36.
  • Tracking System improvements:  We will disable the old version of the tool on November 15, 2023. Only the new version of the Tracking System tool will be available.
  • Also, we've updated the Route, which is part of the Tracking API, making land transportation by truck more accurate and detailed.
  • Finally, we have enhanced the way we work with providers, including Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM), Wan Hai, and CMA CGM.
  • Logistics Map enhancements: We are pleased to announce that we have launched the web-integrated version of the Logistics Map tool.
  • Ship Schedules updates: We have improved the way we work with providers, including ONE and OOCL.
  • Request a Quote form. We are delighted to introduce a new version of the form. Now it has a compact look and can be completed in three steps. Now, customers can upload photos of the cargo and the necessary documents.
  • Other updates:
  • We have implemented location search by locodes in all tools, making it easier to find a location.


Announcement:

  • SeaRates Enterprise.
  • New Apps General page in Virtual Office, which is showing statistics on all web-integrated tools.
