Why can’t I add my photo?

If you get a server error when posting your photo on your page, then you are most likely trying to upload a photo in an unacceptable format, or the size of your file exceeds the size limit of 2 Mb. In this case, you have to reduce the photo’s size, or put it in an acceptable format: gif, jpeg, tiff, bmp or png. If you see a grey field instead of your uploaded photo, then there is most likely a connection problem and you should try again.
