SeaRates Updates - Week 12, 2021

If you missed our previous update, you can read it here.

Tracking System

This week, we’ve made improvements to the way we work with shipping lines such as Hapag Lloyd, ZIM, OOCL, Hyundai, Hamburg Sud, PIL, Maersk, ECU Worldwide, SITC Container Lines, and Wan Hai.

We have added the ability to search by bill of lading number and booking number for Admiral Container Lines.

Also, this week, we have added functionality with automatic updating of the list of supported shipping lines on the main page, iframe, and Multi Tracking. Now you can search by container number from more than 100 shipping lines.

This week, new functionality is available with the ability to upload an Excel file with a list of containers (up to 1,000 containers in one file) and it will be possible to get the necessary and important data in just a couple of clicks (such as ETA, POL, POD, etc.).

We are also actively working on the development of a new version of the Tracking System API.

Logistics Explorer

This week we have added the ability to search for rates by type of shipment including Land FCL. Now you have more options than ever available for transporting your cargo.

Our IT team has also developed functionality that will track all issues and fix them in just a few clicks. If the system detects an error, a window will immediately appear that will allow you to reload the window and resolve the error.

Looking forward, the ability to see rates in their original currency will also be added. First, the rate in dollars will be shown, complemented below with the original currency that the freight forwarder added.

Load Calculator

We have added the ability to add cargo to the truck. Now you will be able to choose the size of your truck and stuff cargo accordingly. This will help save space and money when transporting by land.

Ship Schedules

This week we have added the barge schedule, providing additional options for shipping.
