SeaRates AI
Our team is proud to present API documentation for the SeaRates AI. Find it on our Developer Portal to get started with an API connection with your CRM/TMS/ERP system.
We have also improved the performance of the integrated Distance & Time and Freight Index tools.
Container Tracking
We are glad to present added support for 4 shipping lines, namely, SACO Shipping Line, PT. Indo Container Lines (ICON), Consort Express Lines, and Pyramid Lines Singapore, bringing the total number of supported shipping lines to 213.
For the Container Tracking API, we have improved the Autodetect service by adding a data relevance checker and enhancing the logic of receiving AIS and vessel data, as well as the logic for determining the status of transportation.
Moreover, we have added a tooltip with the monthly limit tracker in the web tool.
Air Tracking
We are glad to announce support for 2 airlines, namely, Corendon Airlines and Surinam Airways, bringing the total number of supported airlines to 445.
Also, we have added a new code, 'RFF (Removed from Flight),' for logistics events to the updated Air Tracking API documentation.
Rail Tracking
We are pleased to announce the addition of support for Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) to the Rail Tracking API, bringing the total number of supported carriers to five.
Ship Schedules
We have added support for Neptune Pacific Direct Line and Jin Jiang Shipping by Points and HASCO by Vessel.
Also, we have updated our database of vessels by adding 352 vessels from 19 worldwide shipping lines.
Flight Schedules
We are glad to announce the added support for American Airlines, Amerijet International, Qatar Airways, and Turkish Airlines.
Demurrage & Storage Calculator
For the Demurrage & Storage Calculator tool, we have made a range of improvements, namely, added the following:
- demurrage and storage tariff calculation for CMA, COSCO, and Hapag-Lloyd shipping lines
- automatic calculation mode for estimation of demurrage and detention by a shipping line's tariffs
Other updates
- For the Booking System, we've improved synchronization of booking data and the CRM system.
- For the Rate Management System, we have added automatic calculation of transit time based on the selected route and shipping line data when adding and editing sea rates.
- For the SeaRates Developer Portal, we’ve made a range of updates, namely, improved design and search by "rate limit" request across the SeaRates APIs.
