What’s new for week 48:
- Tracking System improvements: We’ve enhanced our collaboration with providers, including CMA CGM, DB Schenker, SITC Container Lines, Trans Asian Shipping Services, Cordelia Container Shipping Line, Heung-A Shipping, Shipco Transport, Wan Hai, Mariana Express Lines (MELL), ECU Worldwide, Yusen Logistics, Grimaldi Deep Sea S.P.A., Sinotrans Container Lines, and Marguisa Shipping Lines
- Air Cargo Tracking enhancements: We have improved how we work with providers including French Bee, Air Caraibes, Singapore Airlines, Air Europa, Hong Kong Air Cargo, Air China Cargo, UPS Air Cargo, Vistara, Vietnam Airlines, Air Canada, Etihad Cargo, and American Airlines.
- Ship Schedules updates: We have improved how we work with providers, including ACL, MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, and CMA CGM by Points, and Culines by Vessel.
- Virtual Office improvements: For the ‘Bookings’ tab, in the ‘Documents’ section, we have fully updated the design and interface. From now on, you all downloaded documents displayed only to the owner and manager of the booking by default. Only after reviewing and approval of downloaded files will be available to other booking parties via the ‘Show’ button.
- Transport Management System enhancements: We have implemented the option to get detailed information on the transport unit by clicking on the ‘Transport Name’ in the list. This way, you can access the full transport card in the Logistics Map tool.
Other updates:
- For the Request an IT Quote form, we have added informative tooltips for Freight Index, Air Cargo Tracking, Cargo Wizard, CO2 Calculator, Demurrage and Storage Calculator, World Sea Ports, SeaRates Mobile App, SeaRates Enterprise, and Parcel Tracking.
- We have added the Quotation System API landing page, FaQ sections for Logistics Explorer and Ship Schedules tools, and updated the Find a Tool page with Rail Tracking Web, Road Tracking Web pages, and Freight Index API documentation.
- Finally, we have created Rail Freight Tracking and Road Freight Tracking landing pages for LandRates.com.
