We are a Chilean shipping company, that have provided the services of maritime transport mainly between the West Coast of South America, Eastern countries, Europe, Central America, and North America, since 1930.
We are part of the Empresas Navieras holding, whose subsidiary companies form part of a complete and efficient chain of cargo services. In addition, we have a worldwide network of agencies that allow us to comply with transport necessities covering the five continents, with 215 points of sale, distributed in the 58 countries where we offer our maritime service transport.
Our philosophy has been focused on the customer, that is why during the last years we have performed a global effort to improve our attention scheme, through a series of innovations that have been implemented in all our working areas, and that are based on our desire of being a close and quick shipping company, which is easy to contact and hire. Our mission is to achieve that everyone that values these features as part of the services, sees our company as a partner.
In our company , we offer several types of cargo transport services:
- Containers (for dry, refrigerated or frozen cargo).
- Bulk (copper, forest products, project cargo).
- Vehicles (cars, lorries, buses and machinery).
These services are offered in different geographical areas such as the west coast of South America, North America, Central America, Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean, Europe and Asia, they attend with direct calls complemented with an efficient transshipment system with quick land connections, creating a powerful transport network.
With the objective of providing a better service, and using the last trend of new technology, we have developed new IT solutions that allow us to be attentive to the needs of our costumers. Thanks to the web platform, we have enhanced business by making it easier, quicker and better with online tools, as required, 24 hours a day.
