Access to the exchange

Only companies related with container shipping sector can get access to the Exchange. To get access one has to sign up one’s company for free, and send the access request from "My account" section. Operator will check the entered data and would grant you access to the exchange. If any question arises, operator may ask for a state registration data or other information on your company. Such a procedure shall prevent improper using of the freight exchange.

Broker has to learn the exchange rules and trems of use if Broker wants to use system in any proper way.

Once Broker pay the access, he will get one to the freight exchange services and also to the full clients' contact information.

If Broker has not paid the access, he can not exchange freight rates with other Brokers. He can quote a rate and access a client request only if no other Broker, who has rights of registered one, has not proposed his rate yet. As a rule clients' freight requests with the most popular lanes are processed the first and there is no possibility to get a client if you haven't paid the access to the exchange.

How to get access to the freigh exchange

1. Learn the exchange rules and SeaRates terms of use .
2. Sign up SeaRates.com for free by entering the reliable data on your company.
3. Sign in SeaRates with pasword and loging.
4. Send Operator the access request to get rights of a registered Broker.
5. If Operator makes a favourable decision, pay the access please. You will be notified on the decision by email within two working days.
6. The paiment is made for 12 month.
7. The access to the exchange is granted for 12 month from a day the payment is received. If 12 months expire the access can be prolong for the following 12 month by making new payment.
8. Operator can temperately close or completely deny Broker the access to the exchange if Broker has departed from the Searates.com holding trade session rules or terms of SeaRates.com use .
